Is there a registration fee in addition to monthly pricing?

A one-time registration fee of EGP 200 applies to new students, covering enrollment paperwork and a studio welcome kit. This fee is separate from the monthly plan price and is charged only once per student.

Can I switch between ballet, salsa, and hip hop classes?

Yes, Standard and All-Access members can attend different dance styles within their weekly class allowance. Starter members select one style per month but may switch styles when renewing their plan.

Do you offer trial classes before committing to a plan?

New students can attend a single trial class at a reduced rate before choosing a monthly plan. This lets kids and adults experience our teaching style and studio environment firsthand.

What is the policy on missed classes or refunds?

Missed classes can be made up within the same month, subject to available class slots. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, as spots are reserved in advance for each student.

Are there discounts for children or family sign-ups?

Yes, families enrolling two or more children, or combining an adult and child membership, receive a discount on the All-Access plan. Contact our team in Giza, Egypt for current family pricing details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments at the studio as well as bank transfer for monthly membership fees. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle to secure your class spot.
